    I couldn't agree more with you. I think dietary supplements are very useful and really help to burn fat faster. I think a lot of people think dietary supplements are very bad for our bodies or addicting but they just help give our body a better push to lose the weight and burn the fat on our bodies while we are eating healthy and exercising. There are dietary supplements that are healthy and really do give our bodies what they need to ensure it's working properly and getting what it needs to help us lose the weight we want. My sister in law and my mom have used dietary supplements for years and it really gives them the energy they need to work out and suppresses their bodies so they don't need to eat so much. I am all for healthy dietary supplements that help get us where we want to be and to feel great again. I wish more people thought the way you did and weren't so negative about dietary supplements.
