How does a woman lose weight. Tip 1.
Eat more carbohydrate foods containing complex carbohydrates
I understand your outrage! After all, hundreds of websites and only shout that carbohydrates are harmful. But here it is not a laboratory for testing trendy diets. This is a site for people to think and really care about the health, not only of how to quickly get into a narrow dress ...

So. carbohydrates not only unnecessary, but also useful

Let your diet are foods such as fruits, grains, cereals, vegetables (except potatoes), dried fruits. Try to have at least 60% of the caloric content of your daily diet are carbohydrates. Carbohydrates provide energy for movement, elevated mood. This alone will push you to the activity. By the way, I recommend to get acquainted with the term glycemic index. After all, for the normalization of weight we need the so-called "slow" carbohydrates.

    Tip 2
The level of protein intake is kept at 0.7-0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight
As for proteins, their number is kept at 0.7-0.8 grams per kilogram. When such content is hindered set muscle protein, but it will be the health of the.

Though, I admit fairly, develop their muscles - is the best thing you can do for your beautiful body. Therefore, the specified norms can safely lift up to 1 gram per kilogram of body weight.

    Tip 3
    Fats
Suppose that 70% of the fat that you eat every day, will plant. This can be achieved due to the use of seeds, nuts, vegetable oils. Vegetable fats are not deposited in the body. Also very useful are sources of fat, and omega-3 fatty acids such as fish oil.

On the day you need to take at least 30 grams of fat. Otherwise, it begins to deteriorate health. There would disturbance to the functioning of skin glands, hormonal disruptions, problems with hair loss, etc. They will, I think, to anything.

First of all you need to visit the specialist who will help you to make your own diet taking into account your own peculiarities. The most important rule for losing weight is drinking enough water, the best variant is to drink 1 glass of water each hour. More vegetables and fruit will benefit not only in losing weight but in improving your skin condition making you look younger and healthier. Sure, it is good to combine diet with some physical exercises and applying natural remedies for skincare in order to prevent stretch marks which appear after losing weight usually as well as the cellulite can become more visible during the weight changes. That's why you need to think of the complex approach to this issue.

I have to admit the number one way for women to lose weight and stay lean and toned without losing muscle is by strength training combined with a diet specific to your goals counting your macros (amount of carbs, protein and healthy fats daily intake you need).

For a long time I would bounce on my weight because I would only do cardio. When I gained weight I would just start "cardio season" and go to a spinning class, aerobics or zumba class every day. This was a mistake because heavy cardio without strength training (weight lifting) can cause you to suck up all your muscle mass. Developing muscle mass should be a women's main goal to burn fat, lose weight and stay lean.

Most of us women at first think that doing weights will make you look like a man. Truth is, doing weights will actually give you a more beautiful and feminine body. For a woman to look like a man by weight lifting she would have to do countless hours of weight training and even adding testosterone to her system. This is because those muscles you see in men are due to the testosterone they have.

So in conclusion, my advice is to look for guidance in your gym to start doing strength training. It will not only help you lose weight but it will also start to make your body become stronger and sexier not just thinner.

Hope this helps! To your success,
