alright i know this might seem like such an amateur questions to all you pros out there, but i've wanted to slim down a bit, and i've been eating right and exercising every 2 to 3 days. the problem is i don't want to gain any muscle, i just want to lose the fat, especially in my arms. unfortunately, i have been becoming more muscular in my legs, abs, and arms. my legs and abs i don't really mind being muscular because i think it looks good even on women. but my arms are getting bigger and i don't like it. is there any way i can just lose the weight without gaining muscle? am i doing something wrong?
